In line with its experience in total packaging, Kramo also provides interiors for cases. To supplement the range, standard cases and custom-made cases can also be supplied.
For interiors the materials used most often are polyurethane (as the most common and efficient application) and polyethylene (for more aesthetic or heavy-duty applications).
The interiors are developed on the basis of the product to be transported or displayed. The product is manufactured based on the case/product combination, with a specimen always being presented to the client for approval prior to production. The foam elements are die cut and moulded and then assembled with the various components. Matrix cutting, water jets or milling are also options considered depending on the volume of the order.
Various colour and material choices are also offered for cases: impact- and scratch-resistant ABS with steel corners and locks with wood, along with aluminium, polypropylene or polystyrene lamination if desired. Kramo also offers a variety of standard formats, or products can be developed according to the specific requirements of the client (being further customised by screen printing as desired).
