Kramo obtained its first quality label, ISO 9002:1994, in June 2000. Since September 2003 Kramo has also held an ISO 9001 certificate.
Quality and customer service are obviously of major importance in an organisation like Kramo. The type of products we manufacture require us to work according to well-defined procedures. All these procedures are regularly evaluated and adjusted internally, taking into account new techniques, new customer needs and feedback from production. The quality system is evaluated by an officially certified external agency every year.
In addition, our staff regularly attend refresher courses, which allows knowledge to flow in from the outside.
